Corridale Handspun (Dyed Wool)

This beautiful hand spun wool is 100% Corridale. This wool has been commercially dyed prior to spinning. Although pictures can give you an idea of the tint, keep in mind that these are heather colours, meaning the company that dyed this dyed several colours and combed bits of other colours into the main colour giving a heather effect that really shows itself in natural light and is stunning in the sunshine. It is also a joy to knit.

Handspun Tongue River Fibres (Wool/silk Blend)

Icelanic and Romney wool blended with 20% silk. This is a lighweight wool that drapes lovely and is warm. There is a hint of dyed silk throughout, giving some skiens a hint of purple undertone. Although each skien is quite individual, they will knit and match up marvelously as the main colour is silver. Very striking.
